Where are you located?
KPO Studios is located at 607 Randolph Street, Suite 102, Traverse City, Michigan. 

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. If you’re not local, we can schedule a virtual studio tour or art consultation. 

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For events and workshops, please provide at least 7 days’ notice.

Can I request a custom time that isn’t listed?
Yes. Please email Kristy.kurjan@gmail.com with your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I pay for my appointment?
Workshops and rentals can be reserved directly through kristy.kurjan@gmail.com. Studio visits and consultations are free; artwork purchases can be paid for at the studio or arranged separately.

Do you offer delivery or shipping for artwork?
Yes. Local delivery in Traverse City is free. For out-of-town collectors, we’ll provide shipping options and costs at the time of purchase.
